  • Call or Talking Points Text your student’s attendance office at least one hour before you arrive for a pass to be issued for early classroom dismissal. The receptionist cannot call students out of class.
  • Leave a detailed voice mail message with your student’s attendance office, when necessary, with your name, the student’s full name, student’s I.D. number, and the time you need your student to be dismissed.
  • A physician-issued appointment notification is required for excused absence status.

Immediate Dismissals

  • You must allow the attendance office a minimum of 30 minutes to dismiss your student from class.

Reminders

  • No passes for early dismissal can be issued during passing periods, during lunch hour, during mandatory testing, during special assemblies, nor 30 minutes before final bell. No exceptions.
